Meridian is one of 29 schools within Oklahoma’s CareerTech system. With a mission to educate, enrich lives and secure economic futures, Meridian offers full-time career training programs, short courses, workforce and economic development assistance and entrepreneurial support to residents from the Agra, Carney, Glencoe, Guthrie, Morrison, Mulhall-Orlando, Pawnee, Perkins-Tryon, Perry and Stillwater school districts. Registration is $20 per session and includes lunch. Lunchtime Learning sessions are held from 11:30 a.m. She is an OSU alumna and received her bachelor’s in Business Administration before earning her master’s in Educational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University. Before working there, she served as Director of Human Resources Consulting Services at OSU, building productive relationships with assigned units of campus, the OSU System and the A&M institutions.
With more than ten years of experience in Human Resources, Moore manages and directs all HR functions with the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association. Schrammel additionally serves as a national advisor for the Association for Talent Development. She holds various training certifications in multiple disciplines. She is a certified Gallup Strengths coach, a past TEDx speaker and a recipient of the Pike's Peak Award presented annually for exemplary performance in participant-centered training. A believer of participant-centered training, Schrammel looks for opportunities to learn from everyone in the class and in life as she believes we learn best from each other. Schrammel is the Chief Excellence Officer for Growth Training and Consulting and has been involved in talent development for over twenty years. They will also provide resources that will encourage you to create simple, clear and meaningful exchanges so you can concentrate on the person, not the transaction. This interactive session will guide participants on practical ways to strengthen how you navigate team members through onboarding and offboarding.
